Do you make daily or weekly backups?
We use RAID drive arrays for redundant data storage and high performance. Also, full backups are made daily on a separate hard drive. Manual backups are available to you via CPanel. |

There isn't a hard limit, however, it is recommended that you set your mailing list script to send about 700 per hour. |

Monitoring Services?
Our monitoring service works 24/7/365 every 30 seconds. If there is a problem, we are notified nearly instantly. If a problem is "major", we use the help of all technicians, and our datacenters, to make sure the problem is rectified ASAP. |

What is the php memory_limit set to?
8MB. We can increase this to 16MB if required. |
Can incoming mail be piped to a script using the .forward file ?
Yes. The best way to achieve this, however, is to create a forward in cpanel. |
Do you provide Windows based hosting?
Due to the extra stability, flexibility and reliability of Linix, we only provide Linux based hosting. |
Is creating a lot of FTP accounts under one domain safe?
There isn't any problem related to creating a lot of FTP accounts under one domain. |

Is server load of XYZ too high?
It's generally found that a dual xeon can handle loads without any notice to you of anywhere up to 10 or 12. We use 4 xeon processors per server. |
How long does it take to get my package working?
Domain name propagination for new domain is up to 2 days.
Domain name transfer can take up to 1 week.
Hosting account activation is less than 1 business day.
Single Hosting Account activation can take up to 1 business day.
Multiple Hosting Account activation can take up to 3 business days. |
